Dharmanagar, Tripura, 11th of May 2026 : In a unique initiative aimed at boosting employees’ motivation, sense of responsibility, and dedication towards work, the North District Administration has introduced a special program that not only recognizes outstanding employees every month but also celebrates staff birthdays, creating a humane and cordial work environment within the administration.
During the monthly staff meeting held on Wednesday in the presence of District Magistrate and Collector Chandni Chandran, the “Best Employee of the Month” awards were presented.Among the recipients was Kaushik Bhowmik, Personal Assistant to the District Magistrate (PA to DM). He was honored for his efficiency, dedication, and responsible role during the Dharmanagar Assembly by-election and the 2026 TTAADC General Elections.
Notably, an election awareness song composed by Kaushik Bhowmik to encourage and educate new voters was widely circulated across various areas of the Dharmanagar Assembly constituency. District Magistrate Chandni Chandran highly appreciated this innovative initiative.The district administration congratulated all the awardees for carrying out such important election duties with honesty and sincerity. Officials and employees present at the meeting also applauded them warmly.
On the occasion, birthdays of employees born in the month of April were also celebrated with cake-cutting ceremonies. According to the administration, such initiatives play a significant role in fostering positivity, mutual respect, and team spirit among employees.The North District Administration’s effort to create a more positive and work- oriented environment in government offices has already earned praise from various quarters.
