Agartala, Tripura, 17th of July 2026 : In a significant milestone towards strengthening its infrastructure and enhancing customer service, Tripura Gramin Bank laid the foundation stone for its new Head Office Building at Gurkhabasti, Agartala, Tripura on Thursday (16th July, 2026).
The foundation stone was ceremoniously laid by the Hon’ble Chairman of Tripura Gramin Bank, Shri Satyendra Singh, in the gracious presence of Shri Anup Kumar Saha, General Manager, along with senior executives, bank officials, and staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, the Hon’ble Chairman highlighted that the proposed Head Office reflects the Bank’s long-term vision of creating a modern, efficient, and customer-centric banking institution. He emphasized that the new building will strengthen the Bank’s operational capabilities and support its continued commitment towards financial inclusion and rural development across Tripura.
The General Manager, Shri Anup Kumar Saha, stated that the new Head Office would provide an improved working environment, facilitate better coordination among various departments, and enhance service delivery to customers.
