Mumbai, Maharashtra, 24th of August, 2026 : Priority Jewels Limited, a company known for its lightweight and affordable diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery, is set to enter the capital market with its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO will open on August 28, 2026, and close on September 1, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹190 to ₹200 per equity share.
Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 75 equity shares. According to the company, the proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised towards full or partial repayment/pre-payment of certain working capital borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

Established in 2007, the company supplies jewellery products to leading jewellery retailers in India and overseas. Its customers include CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, TBZ and Senco Gold. According to the company, “Our lightweight, affordable and contemporary jewellery is designed keeping in mind the needs of a wide customer base.”
As of June 30, 2026, the company had more than 200 customers and a presence across 21 states and three Union Territories. It also exports to 13 countries. In the quarter ended June 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹146.72 crore.
