Hon’ble Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb reads the preamble of the Constitution of India along with the Hon’ble President of India Ram Nath Kovind via Video Conferencing. Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Hon’ble Education and Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath and other ministers, concerned officials also participated in the mass reading of the preamble.
