Teliamura, 19th of December 2023 : A dead body was recovered early in the morning. The incident took place at DM Colony, under Teliamura Out Post on Tuesday (19th December, 2023). According to the details of the incident, the locals saw a person lying unconscious in the DM Colony area. Villagers including the Pradhan of the area immediately rushed to the spot. Afterwards public informed the Teliamura fire brigade and Police personnel over this occurrence. Teliamura Sub-Divisional Police Officer Prasun Kanti Tripura rushed arrived on the spot. The fire service personnel immediately picked up him and brought him to Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. The doctor on duty has pronounced the man dead. The name of the deceased is Chaitanya Biswas (40) residence of Maiganga area under Teliamura police station. Meanwhile, according to local sources, he was seen drunk in that area yesterday. Teliamura Sub-Divisional Police Officer Prasun Kanti Tripura said that in the initial stage, it is believed that he might have died due to drinking too much alcohol. However, he also said that the real cause of death will come out proper investigation.
