Khowai, 15th of June, 2024 : A sixth grade schoolgirl injured by lightning strike at Dhalabil Sarkar Para under Khowai District on Saturday (15th June, 2024). According to the details of the incident, Mehek Sarkar (11), a sixth grade schoolgirl left home to go to school at around 11 am today. At that time it started raining heavily and suddenly a lightning flashed in front of the girl. And touched the girl’s body. Local residents saw the girl and brought her to Khowai District Hospital. As per the latest information, injured the girl is undergoing treatment at Khowai District Hospital.
