Agartala, 15th of June, 2024 : This year (2023-24) Kankhit Roy, the son of the state, has won the National Scholarship under the Cultural Talent Search Scholarship conducted by Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT).
Kankhit Roy son of Prof. Dr. Kishore Roy and Rashmita Saha. He is a seventh standard student of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Viveknagar, Agartala. Mr. Mrinal Debnath, the famous Reciter artist of State in the desired recital. His training is still going on with him. It has always performed well in recitation competitions organized by various organizations including the coveted National School of Drama. Various quarters including academic institutions are happy and proud of his success.
