Varanasi, 1st of February, 2024 : Priest religious rituals were performed on Thursday (1st February, 2024) in the ‘Vyas Tehkana’ or the southern cellar of the Gyanvapi mosque (Masjid) complex after 31 years. A Varanasi court on Wednesday (31st January, 2024) allowed the Hindu devotees to worship inside the sealed basement on the Gyanvapi mosque in Varanasi. Entry for devotees began in the south cellar of the Gyanvapi complex on Thursday (1st February, 2024).
