Amarpur Block Congress Celebrated Birth Anniversary Of Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

With the initiative of Amarpur block Congress Seva Dal committee birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi has been celebrated here in Amarpur, Gomati Tripura with due respect & dignity today (20th August, 2022). On this occasion the Congress leaders of Amarpur block Seva Dal committee have assembled in the programme venue and tributes flowers to the portrait of Rajiv Gandhi and recollected him for his great sacrifice for the nation. The committee members have shared sweets amidst people and accomplished a campaign of sapling plantation.

As per the report, on this auspicious occasion the block committee members have planted different kinds of saplings in different location to attain flowers, fruits and shade. Amidst the block committee leaders there were Seva Dal committee chairman Badal Das,​ district S.C committee president Haradhan Das, Amarpur block committee president Pintu Saha, Yuba Congress president Rakesh Das and many others remained present in the programme.
