Mumbai, Maharashtra, 13th of September, 2026 : Bringing together devotion and modern technology, the ‘Bhaktidwar Television App’ was grandly launched in Mumbai. Renowned bhajan singer and Padma Shri awardee Anup Jalota launched the app and also unveiled its logo. On the occasion, he described ‘Bhaktidwar’ as more than just a digital platform, calling it a medium to connect with spirituality and inner peace.

Anup Jalota said, “I have myself entered Bhaktidwar. It is not just an app, but a gateway to devotion, joy and peace. Today, people are going through stress and mental pressure. At such times, remembering God and listening to bhajans can bring true peace to the mind.”

He further said, “The younger generation today is also showing interest in devotional music and spiritual content. When a person is under stress, devotion can provide comfort and peace. Bhaktidwar is an initiative that aims to take this positive thought forward.”

Founder Dinesh Asopa, who has shaped the platform after nearly a decade of hard work, said, “My objective was not to create just another OTT platform, but to build a space where content related to devotion, spirituality and Sanatan culture could be available under one roof.” ‘Bhaktidwar’ will offer religious series, bhajans, mantras, chalisas, spiritual discourses, AI-based videos, animations and live broadcasts of religious events. The subscription has been priced at ₹11 per week.
