Mumbai, Maharashtra, 19th of August, 2026 : Augmont Enterprises Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for subscription on Friday, August 21, 2026, and close on Tuesday, August 25. The company has fixed a price band of ₹750–₹788 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 per share. Bidding for anchor investors will open on August 20.
The approximately ₹825-crore issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹620 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹205 crore. Under the OFS, Namita Ketan Kothari, Vivek Prithviraj Kothari and Dimple Mukesh Kothari will sell their shares. Equity shares worth up to ₹4 crore have been reserved for eligible employees.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 19 shares and thereafter in multiples of 19. The IPO is being launched through the book-building process. The issue will feature a designated allocation structure for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), mutual funds and other institutional investors, with anchor investors also expected to play a significant role in the offering.
