B.K.J Memorial Knockout Foot Ball Series Initiated. 

Ampi, Tripura, 23rd of September 2024 : With the initiative of Chechua Sports Unit Budhi Kumar Jamatia memorial foot ball tournament 2024 has been initiated here in Chechua English Medium Model School premises with great enthusiastic mode. Ampi 41 constituency MLA Pathanlal Jamatia has inaugurated the tournament series in the presence of  Jamatia Hoda Krishna Sadhan Jamatia and other many Jamatia community social administrators in the programme.

On this occasion a large number of sports lover youths of different areas have gathered in the programme venue to enjoy the competition. Under the able guidance and supervision of the Chechua Sports Unit president Dharani Kr Jamatia the tournament series has been arranged in a proper way to provide full enjoyment to audience.

As per the report, the tournament series will be continue till 30th of September to motivate the youngsters over games and sports and to prevent them from the tendency of drugs. According to the president of the sports unit, total 18 teams will participate in this sports series. On the 1st day the competition was between Mwkhawra Baso and Ampi English Medium Model School where Mwkhawra Baso has obtained the winner status by 2 goals. Local public have enjoyed the competition and appreciated the initiative which will lead the youths to right direction.

Amidst the other participants there were Sukla Gopal Jamatia, Jamatia Hoda, Katikai Jamatia, Chechua Kisi Luku Chokdiri, Shib Charan Jamatia, Chechua Kwchwng Kami Luku Chokdiri and many others remained present in the event.
