Agartala, Tripura, 22nd of May, 2025 : The Border Security Force (BSF) continues its relentless efforts to curb cross-border smuggling activities along Indo-Bangladesh border in the Tripura state.
On 20th May 2025 on specific information of BSF , a joint ops with PS Hrishyamukh was carried out by troops of BOP Nalua at Village Abhaynagar under PS Hrishyamukh, District South Tripura and successfully seized clothing items worth Rs. 78 Lakhs.
In another operation on 20th May 2025 on specific information of BSF, a joint ops with PS Srinagar was carried out by troops of BOP Srinagar at village Srinagar under PS Srinagar ,District South Tripura, and successfully seized miscellaneous items worth appx. Rs. 19 lakhs.
In an independent operation on 20th May 2025 , vigilant BSF troops successfully rescued 31 Nos cattle worth value Rs. 7,70,000/- in Bhangamura area under PS Sabroom, District South Tripura.
