Agartala, Tripura, 24th of February, 2025 : To appoint 140 Auditor (Group-C) posts under the Finance Department. This decision was taken in the State cabinet meeting on February 22, 2025. Hon’ble Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport and Tourism minister Sushanta Chowdhury announced this at a press conference at the Secretariat today. He said in the press conference that the Finance Department will appoint these 140 auditor posts through an examination. For this, a board will be formed under the department.
“The Cabinet meeting has also decided to appoint 104 Forester (Group-C) posts under the Forest Department. The Forest Department will also complete this recruitment process through examination. Moreover, the Cabinet meeting has also decided to appoint 30 different posts in the Cooperative Department. These posts include Auditor (Cooperative), Investigator (Cooperative), Statistical Investigator etc.”, Tourism Minister added. The Tourism Minister said that in the press conference that the Cabinet meeting has also decided to appoint 34 ICDS Supervisor (Group-C) posts in the Social Welfare and Social Education Department.
The Tourism Minister also added that this recruitment process will be completed through TPSC. It has been decided to appoint 2 Upper Division Clerks and 3 Group-D posts on the basis of promotion in the Tourism Department. Also, in the cabinet meeting, it has been decided to appoint people to the posts of 2 Bio Medical Engineers (Group-A) under the Health Department. This recruitment process will be completed through TPSC, the Tourism Minister said in a press conference.
