With the initiative of Zara Foundation celebrated India-Bangladesh Baisakhi Festival “Parbe Parbane Baisakh” with a colourful programme the spirit of folk culture in collaboration with Department of Tourism, Government of Tripura at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan on Thursday (27th April, 2023). In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble Tribal Welfare (TRP & PTG), Minorities Welfare Minister Sukla Charan Noatia inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Director of ICA Department Ratan Biswas and other dignitaries were present in the programme.
