Agartala, Tripura, 2nd of May, 2025 NEET (UG) examination will be held on May 4 (Sunday). A high-level meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha, DGP (Intelligence) Anurag, Special Secretary, Education (School) Department Raval Hamendra Kumar, Secretary of the Home Department Apurba Roy were present in the meeting held at the video conference hall of the Secretariat. The meeting discussed various issues including security arrangements on the exam day. The security of the NEET examination centres in West Tripura and Dhalai districts has already been reviewed under the leadership of the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police. They assured about the safety and security of the examination centres.

According to sources, this year 4,892 students of the state will appear for the NEET (UG) exam. The exam will be held at a total of 11 exam centers. Out of these, 10 are located in West Tripura district and 1 in Dhalai district. The exam centers where the NEET (UG) exam will be held in West Tripura district are Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Bir Bikram Memorial College, Bani Vidyapith Girls H.S. School, Kendriya Vidyalaya Agartala No.1, Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC, Hindi Higher Secondary School, Shishu Bihar Higher Secondary School. The exam will be held at Kamalpur Government English Medium Class XII School in Dhalai district.
