Agartala, 4th of February, 2024 : As a part of the observance of World Cancer Day, in a commendable display of physical prowess Comprehensive Blood and Cancer Center (CBCC) organized Cycle Rally on Sunday (4th February, 2024).
The event aimed to awareness and extend solidarity towards people regarding the about cancer, its prevention, and the importance of early detection. Because Cancer Doesn’t Care, But we do. Conquer and Cure.
69 cyclists participated in this Cycle rally. Rally was flagged off by the General Secretary of The Indian Red Cross Society Tripura State Branch Mr. Prasanjit Biswas and Mr. Kishalay Ghosh Secratary Rotary Club of Agartala.
CBCC organized 23.7 kilometer Cycle Rally on today. The cycle rally Start from in front of Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan to Ganaraj Chowmuhani, Purbasha, Old jail road to Ashram Chowmuhani, Moth Chowmuhani, MBB College, Ramthakur Sangha, Kaman Chowmuhani, Battala, Sanghati club (Ramnagar 4 No Road Chowmuhani), Durga Chowmuhani, Panchabati Kalibari, Airport and reaches ILS Hospital.
Amidst the other participants there were Mr. Rohan Naik Stratagy, Head CBCC, Mr. Ankush, Unit Head CBCC Raipur, Mr. R. Raman, CBCC Unit Head, Agartala, Mr. Tanuj, Operations Head ILS Hospital, Dr. Dipankar Prakash Bhowmik (MD), Dr. K. Sivasree, Medical Oncologist (DM), Mr. Gopesh Debnath, Bicycle Mayor of Agartala Cycloholics Foundation and many other dignitaries were present in the awareness Cycle Rally programme.
