With the initiative of Election Commission Rangoli Festival has been organized across the state on the occasion of Poush Sankranti. The upcoming Assembly election in Tripura in a peaceful manner the Chief Electoral Officer of Tripura Kiran Gitte has taken several measures. The Election Commission, to generate awareness about the election with focus on peaceful election, maintaining communal harmony and accessible election, has organized Rangoli Festival. The Rangoli Festival organized on the premises of Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan, Agartala on Saturday (14th January, 2023).
Chief Electoral Officer, Tripura Kiran Gitte, Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha, West Tripura DM Debapriya Bardhan and other officials were present in the awareness programme.
