Agartala, Tripura, 25th of May, 2025 : With the initiative of Agartala Press Club and the Sports Committee a friendly football match was organized among the members of the Press Club. The friendly football match was held at Umakanta Mini Stadium in Agartala on Sunday (25th May, 2025). President of Agartala Press Club, Pranab Sarkar, Vice President of Agartala Press Club Chitra Roy and all the members of the Executive Committee were present ate the inaugural ceremony.
Agartala Press Club B team won the match. The winning goal was scored by Kingkar Shil. Abhishek Dey, Convener of the Sports Sub-Committee and Joint Secretary of the Press Club, thanked everyone involved for making the friendly football match a success with the support of TFA and th participation of the player journalists.
