Agartala, Tripura, 25th April, 2025 : On specific input of the Government Railway Police (GRP), Railway Protection Force (RPF) based on secret operation was launched in the Agartala Railway Station, Agartala on Friday (25th April, 2025) night. According to the information received, GRP police, along with the RPF seized a total approximately 14 Kg dry cannabis. Destination market value of the seized ganja approx – 1 lakh 40 thousands.
After that seized it after observing all legal formalities as unclaimed. And Agartala GRP police station has started an investigation as to who could be the owner of these illegal cannabis (ganja). Officer In-Charge of Agartala GRP Tapas Das gave details about this today.
