Khowai, 29th of April, 2024 : With the initiative of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and District Bharatiya Janata party committee distributed Soft Drinks or Cold drink and watermelon among the people on the streets due to the scorching hot weather as a part of Jalchhatra programme at Nripen Chakraborty Chowmuhani, Khowai on Monday (29th April, 2024).
Soft drinks or cold drinks, watermelon are distributed among the people on the streets, vendors, auto drivers, rickshaw pullers, police etc. A Jalchhatra programme was organized under the inspiration of MLA of 16-Bishalgarh Constituency and State President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Sushanta Deb.
Interacting with the media BJP Khowai district committee secretary Samir Kumar Das said, this initiative of the boys of Yuva Morcha to provide some relief from the intense heat of summer is truly commendable. Not only Yuva Morcha but also other social organizations and various political parties should come forward to give some relief to the people from the intense violence this summer.
In today’s Jalchhatra programme apart from the BJP Khowai district Committee Secretary, Khowai Mandal General Secretary Animesh Nag, Prominent politician Parimal Debnath and many other activities of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) were present in the programme.
