With the initiative of Bani Vidyapith Girls’ H.S School 7 Day Long Mega NSS Special Camp has been organized at Bani Vidyapith Girls’ H.S School premises on Monday (31st July, 2023).
Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has inaugurated the 7 Day Long Mega National Service Scheme (NSS) Special Camp. The Chief Minister also inaugurated Blood donation camp to mark the NSS Special Camp. The Chief Minister visited the blood donation camp. He also planted a sapling in the school premises.
“The National Service Scheme programme helps the students in developing a sense of patriotism. Students should take to heart the significance of the programs discussed in NSS camps. NSS camps mainly focus on what the students need to do in the future for the development of the country. NSS students of the state have been winning awards in various fields with distinction at the All India level”, Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said at the inauguration ceremony of the 7 Day Long NSS Special Camp. The Chief Minister said that smart classrooms are operational in various schools in the state. But it is necessary to maintain the habit of reading books. In this case, students should not only be bookworms, but also engage in various social activities including sports. As a result, students will develop as complete human beings It will become the future of the country and the state in the coming days.
Bani Vidyapith Girls’ H.S school NSS programme officer Shymal Dey delivered the welcome speech on the occasion. School childrens have presented attractive cultural programmes like dance to beautify the ceremony. Director of Secondary Education Chandni Chandran also spoke on the occasion. Headmistress of Bani Vidyapith Girls’ H.S school Jshudha Reang has concluded the ceremony with vote of thanks. Hon’ble Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumder, School teachers, students and many other dignitaries were present in the inauguration ceremony of the 7 Day Long Mega NSS Special Camp.
