Hon’ble Justice Indrajit Mahanty on today (12th October, 2021) takes oath as a Chief Justice of Tripura High Court at Raj Bhavan, Agartala. Hon’ble Governor Satyadev Narayan Arya administered the oath of office to the Hon’ble Justice Indrajit Mahanty oath as a Chief Justice of Tripura High Court. Hon’ble Justice Indrajit Mahanty was serving in the Rajasthan High Court before being transferred to Tripura High Court as Chief Justice. He succeeded Hon’ble Justice Akil Kureshi, who has transfer to Rajasthan High Court as Chief Justice.
Hon’ble Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Hon’ble MP And Union Social Justice And Empowerment Minister Pratima Bhoumik, Hon’ble Education and Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Hon’ble Fire & Emergency Service And OBC, Minority Welfare Minister Ramprasad Paul, Hon’ble Information & Cultural Affairs, Sports Minister Sushanta Chowdhury and other officials were present taking oath ceremony.
