Housewife’s Dead Body Recovered In Teliamura.

Teliamura, 29th of March, 2024 : A body of tribal housewife was recovered on Thursday (28th March, 2024) night at a distance of two hundred meters from the house. The incident took place in the forest premises to the Farmers Knowledge Centre located in Jaruilongbari village under Teliamura police station. According to the statement of the police and the husband of the deceased, Suryaram Reang and his wife Shanti Debbarma (35), a resident of Jaruilongbari area, slept on Wednesday night after drinking alcohol on the occasion of Holi. The deceased’s husband said that Suryaram’s wife Shanti Debbarma got drunk and left the house late at night.

Meanwhile, the deceased’s husband, Suryaram, was drinking and did not inquire about his wife Shanti when she left the house. The family members and locals of the area searched for Shanti Debbarma but could not find anywhere. Later on Thursday, local residents and family members found the body of Shanti Debbarma from the forest of Jaruilongbari Farmers’ Knowledge Centre on Thursday night and informed the incident to the police.

The Teliamura police rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident and recovered the half-naked body of Shanti Debbarma from the spot and brought it to the Teliamura Sub-divisional Hospital for post-mortem. The cause of death is not yet known. But thousands of questions have been raised about how Shanti Debbarma (35), a tribal housewife, died. It is assumed that the real mystery of the housewife’s death will come out after the autopsy.
