ICDS Office Muslim Woman Worker Assaulted. 

Ampi,  5th of May, 2024 : A Muslim woman office worker in Ampi ICDS office under Ampinagar block was working in the CDPO office for last many years but suddenly she has been expelled by the office staff. As per the report, this Muslim woman office worker named Jamina Bibi of Ampinagar Muslim Colony in Hari Pur ADC VC in Gomati Tripura used to get rough behaviour from the office staff and got less honorarium than the other staff who was in same position in office work implementation. Being dissatisfied over the behaviour of the ICDS office staff she had submitted complain to the TMP office and appealed to the Ampi BAC chairman Sindhu Chandra Jamatia for the solution of her trouble. The BAC chairman Sindhu Chandra Jamatia has given her assurance to see the issue.

According to the local report, the office staff used to ill treat with her and created  disproportional in honorarium management with the other staff. She said, “I am always working hard in the office but I do not get the right honorarium which one I should have to get; I have been cheated. The other worker is getting more money than me which is not reasonable nor acceptable.” At last without clearance of the due payments the office authority has given her instruction not to come to office for further duties. This Muslim woman office worker is in depression now; she wants to continue her work but the ICDS office staff opposed her to interfere in the office work.
