Inauguration Ceremony Of 51st Rajya Stariya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani.

Agartala, 2nd of February, 2024 : With the initiative of State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT) 51st Rajya Stariya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani organized at Maharani Tulsibati Girls’ H.S School premises, Agartala on Friday (2nd February, 2024).  In the presence of many dignitaries Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha inaugurated the 51st Rajya Stariya Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani (State Level science exhibition) by lighting the lamp.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani the Chief Minister said that the role of science exhibition is important in developing the innovative power of students. One of the steps for the development and progress of a country or state is the practice of science and its proper use. Using science and technology is very important in today’s times. The Chief Minister also added that the students of our state have talent. Students should be taught to be rich in human values from educational institutions The idea of patriotism should be awakened in them. Students should be encouraged more and more to do innovative works that benefit the people In this regard, the role of teachers is very important.

The theme of this year’s exhibition is “Science and Technology for Society.” A total of 40 models, 5 each from each district of the state, have been presented in this exhibition. In the inaugural ceremony the Chief Minister along with other guests unveiled “Kanad” souvenir today.

NCERT Director N.C. Sharma delivered the welcome speech on the occasion. Director of Elementary Education, Education Department Subhasis Bandopadhyay, Chairman of State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) ; Dr. Jaharlal Saha and many other dignitaries were present in the inaugural ceremony.
