Mumbai, Maharashtra, 21st of July, 2026 : Precision engineering components manufacturer Indo MIM Limited will open its ₹3,812 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on July 23, with the issue closing on July 27. The company has fixed a price band of ₹461 to ₹485 per equity share. At the upper end of the price band, Indo MIM is valued at approximately ₹24,000 crore.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6.82 crore equity shares. Out of the proceeds from the fresh issue, ₹400 crore will be used for the prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, while the remaining amount will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Indo MIM is a leading manufacturer of precision engineering components using Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) technology. The company operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mexico.
For FY2026, Indo MIM reported operating revenue of ₹4,193 crore and a net profit of ₹533 crore. The company manufactures more than 9,000 product variants catering to industries including automotive, defence, medical, consumer products, and aerospace.
The company’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.
