Krishival Foods Appoints Vivek Kumar Jain As Chief Business Officer.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 26th of October, 2026 : Krishival Foods Limited has appointed Mr. Vivek Kumar Jain as Chief Business Officer (CBO) effective from October 23, 2026. With over 25 years of experience across Nestlé (18 years) and Tata Consumer Products (7 years), Mr. Jain brings extensive expertise in successful scaling of consumer businesses, strengthening iconic brands and omnichannel expansion including international markets.

In his new role, Mr. Jain will spearhead Krishival Foods’ business strategy and growth initiatives, with a focus on driving profitability, expanding the product portfolio across domestic and international markets, strengthening product and category management and scaling distribution channels, including General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Exports.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Jain has built and scaled consumer businesses, developed growth platforms and led diverse teams across multiple markets. At Tata Consumer Products, he played a key role in scaling Modern Trade and E-commerce capabilities and expanding the company’s export presence. His earlier 18-year tenure at Nestlé involved diverse sales and business leadership responsibilities across India and Thailand.

Mr. Jain’s appointment strengthens Krishival Foods’ leadership as the Company continues to build its consumer foods platform through its both healthy snacks and ice cream segments, with an emphasis on portfolio development, distribution expansion and sustainable, profitable growth.

Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Commerce College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and a PGDBA in Human Resources and Finance from AMS, Dehradun. He has also completed programmes in Future Ready Product Management Using Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee and Digital Marketing and Analytics from IIM Mumbai, and holds a General Management certification from SDA Bocconi.
