Lumino Industries Set For A Strong Market Debut.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 22nd of August, 2026 : Lumino Industries Limited, which has a strong presence in the power transmission and distribution sector, is gearing up for a strong entry into the capital markets with its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has fixed a price band of ₹78 to ₹82 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each. The IPO will open on Thursday, August 27, 2026, and close on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Investors will be required to bid for a minimum of 182 equity shares, with subsequent bids allowed in multiples of 182 shares.

According to the company, the offer comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹500 crore, while promoters Devendra Goyal and Jai Goyal will offer shares worth up to ₹200 crore through an Offer for Sale (OFS). Thus, the total issue size could be around ₹700 crore. Of the proceeds from the fresh issue, ₹337 crore will be utilised towards the full or partial repayment of the company’s existing debt. Another ₹15.01 crore will be used for the purchase of new equipment and machinery, civil works, and interior development at the existing manufacturing plant. The remaining proceeds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Lumino Industries is a product-based integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company. It manufactures conductors, power cables, electrical wires and other specialised products. The company also manufactures High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors for India’s rapidly expanding power transmission and distribution sector.

Apart from India, Lumino Industries exports its products to government and government-controlled power companies, public sector undertakings and electricity boards across several countries, including the United States, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda and Ethiopia.
