Agartala, Tripura, 6th of June 2025 : With the initiative of All Tripura Govt Doctors’ Association (ATGDA) organized a mega Health Camp and Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Longtharai Valley on Friday (6th June, 2025). Tripura Govt Doctors’ Association (ATGDA) organizes free health camp to provide free medical checkups and consultations. The health camp is conducted in collaboration with Chawmanu Social Health Centre. A large number of people from rural areas attend the medical camps.
According to report, a total of 418 patients were provided medical services in the camp. Specialist doctors from various departments of the state were present in this health camp and provided health services.
In this camp, GBP Hospital Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Kanak Choudhury, Dr. Kamal Das, Dr. Priyajyoti Chakma, Dr. Anupam Datta, Dr. Achintya Pal, Dr. Satyakam Chakraborty, Dr. Shirshendu Dhar, Dr. Digbijoy Krishna Debbarma, Dr. Uttam Kumar Bhattacharjee, Dr. Manodeep Mondal, Dr. Anindya Debnath, Dr. Chayan Chakma, Dr. Gopa Pal, many other experienced doctors and nurses provides free health care, diagnosis, and treatment.
This is an initiative to ensure that the services available at the State’s main hospitals can be accessed by people at the rural areas. Earlier, such mega health camps were held at Manubazar Health Center and Takajla Health Center. This initiative is the third. This health camp is undoubtedly a successful event.
