Mumbai, Maharashtra, 3rd of August, 2026 : In a bid to strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of professionals working in India’s rapidly evolving securities market, the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) has launched ‘FinKnowledge – Quiz for Securities Market-related Entities (QSME) 2026’. The initiative is being described as the country’s first dedicated quiz competition for working professionals associated with the securities market.

The initiative aims to keep market professionals updated on regulations, market infrastructure, investment products, compliance, technology and emerging industry trends. Teams from several leading institutions, including NSE, NSDL, BSE, AMFI, MCX, NCDEX, CAMS, CRISIL and CARE Ratings, participated in the competition.
NISM Director Shri Sashi Krishnan said, “With technology, regulatory changes and increasing investor participation, the capital market is evolving rapidly. In such an environment, continuous learning and regularly updating one’s skills are extremely important.”
He further said that ‘FinKnowledge’ provides professionals with a platform to test their knowledge, exchange ideas and understand new trends shaping the evolving market. In the competition, ARIA won the first prize of ₹1.50 lakh, while BSE secured the second prize of ₹1 lakh and AMFI won the third prize of ₹60,000.
