TBSE : Madhyamik & H.S Examination 2025 Results Declared. Pass Percentage Of Madhyamik 86.53 & H.S 79.29.

Agartala, Tripura, 30th of April, 2025 : Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced Madhyamik, Higher Secondary, Madrasa Alim and Madrasa Fazil Examination 2025 Results on Wednesday (30th April, 2025) 12 noon at the board office by TBSE President Dr. Dhananajoy Gan Chowdhury.

This year, TBSE conducted the TBSE Madhyamik Examination 2025 from February 25 to March 18 and the TBSE Higher Secondary (H.S +2) Examination 2025 from February 24 to March 22.

In the press conference, the president of the TBSE Dr. Dhananajoy Gan Chowdhury said that the Passing rate this year in Madhyamik is 86.53 %. The Passing rate this year in Higher Secondary is 79.29%. He said that this is the first time that the TBSE board results have been published in May instead of June.

In a press conference, the board president said that in this year’s Madhyamik Examination, 29,670 students from 1,019 schools in the state appeared for the exam. Out of these, 13,861 were male and 15,801 were female. A total of 25,673 passed. 827 failed. 345 schools have passed 100 percent. ‘No school has a 100 percent failure rate. 3,169 students are eligible for the year-saving exam. In terms of pass rate, South District, Gomati District and Sepahijala District are in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

Romio Rakhol, a student of Kamalachara High School in Dhalai District, passed his Madhyamik Examination this year by writing on his leg. He obtained 165 marks.

The board president also said that in this year’s Higher Secondary Examination, 21,506 students from 373 schools in the State appeared for the exam. Out of these, 9,920 were male and 11,586 were female. 17,052 passed. 1,442 failed. 3002 people will be able to sit for the Barsha Bachao exam. 100 percent of students in 39 schools passed. 100 percent failed in 3 schools. Sepahijala district, South district and West district are in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in terms of pass rate, respectively.

In a press conference, Board Secretary Dr. Dulal Dey said that this year’s Madhyamik Examination started on February 25. It ended on March 18. A total of 68 centers conducted the secondary examination. Out of the total secondary examination candidates, 28,613 were regular, 303 were continuing, 611 were compartmental, 26 were Ext-compartmental, 116 were external and 1 was other. There were 111 Madrasa Alim examinees. 73 passed. 14 failed. 24 got the opportunity to take the Barsal Bachao examination. There were 166 Divyangjan examinees. 110 passed.

Board Secretary also said that this year’s Higher Secondary Examination started on February 24. It ended on March 22. The examination was conducted in 60 centers. This year’s Higher Secondary examination candidates included 20,767 regular, 324 continuing, 287 compartmental, zero Ex-compartmental, 112 external and 16 others. There were 98 disabled candidates. 70 passed.

There were 459 candidates in the commerce department. 405 passed. There were 2184 candidates in the science department. 2150 passed. There were 18,795 candidates in the humanities department. 14,435 passed. There were 18 examinees in the arts department of Madrasa Fazil. 15 passed. There were 50 candidates in Madrasa Fazil Theology Department. 47 passed. He said that the evaluation of the answer sheets of secondary school started from April 2 and ended on April 20. The evaluation of the answer sheets of higher secondary school started from April 2 and ended on April 22. He said that the mark sheets will be given very soon. If any student wants to review the account, they will submit the form to their respective schools between May 7 and 9. The school authorities will submit the completed form to the board by May 13. The year-saving exam will be conducted in June. At the press conference, the board president also highlighted the success of students from Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council area in the Madhyamik and Higher Secondary Examinations this year. He said that these are provisional results. The names of 10 meritorious students will be announced after the entire examination process is completed.

President of the TBSE, Dr. Dhananajoy Gan Chowdhury thanked the teachers engaged in evaluating the answer sheets of all the exams this year. He also thanked the security forces for maintaining peace and order during the examination at all levels of personnel involved in the examination work in the press conference.
