Ompi PS Celebrated National Unity Day 2025.

Ampi, Tripura 31st of October 2025: With the initiative of Ompi Nagar PS officials the National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas) on October 31, 2025, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and dignity. On this occasion the national unity day coinciding with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th birth anniversary Ompi PS staff, battalion soldiers of TSR and Out Post staffs have taken participation in run for unity programme which has improved the sense of unity & patriotism amongst them. Under the able guidance and supervision of Ompi subdivision SDPO Narbahar Reang & OC Shakti Sadhan Jamatia the programme has motivated the participants and created patriotic inspiration amidst the runners. As per the report, the theme, “Ek Bharat, Aatmanirbhar Bharat,” links national integration with the pursuit of self-reliance. The observance features the ‘Run for Unity’ and cultural programs, reinforcing the vision for a developed India by 2047.

The national unity day 2025 of India is unique because the country honors the 150th birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. This year, unlike the ceremony, Unity Day coincides with a time when the diversity of the nation and common goals meet with the necessity to unite this nation and to be strong.

The 2025 vision is founded on the theme: Ek Bharat, Aatmanirbhar Bharat -a celebration of unity with the spirit of self-reliance, as India aims to achieve its Viksit Bharat 2047 objective of rounded, future-proof development.
