Khowai, Tripura, 1st of September, 2025 : 14-year-old Seema Debbarma daughter of Ronkishore Debbarma, a resident of Kalyanpur area under Khowai District, involved in a road accident on August 24 last year. Following the accident, Ronkishore Debbarma brought his daughter to Khowai District Hospital. The Orthopedic specialist on duty at Khowai District Hospital was Dr. Aman Debbarma. After conducting several tests, it was discovered that the girl had suffered a fracture in the upper part of her leg, above the knee. Given the condition, a major surgery was deemed necessary.
Ayushman was done in Khowai District Hospital within a day. Today, the operation was done with the efforts of Khowai District Hospital through the facility of Ayushman Card. Doctor Aman Debbarma said that this operation was completely successful. The details matter was told Sharadindu Rian, Medical Superintendent of Khowai District Hospital. Earlier, a similar operation was done in many district hospitals.
