Prime Minister Narendra Modi To Participate In Centenary Celebrations Of UPSC On October 1 At Bharat Mandapam.

New Delhi, Delhi, 30th of September, 2026 : Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the Centenary Celebrations of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on October 1, 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi at 11 AM. He will also address the gathering on the occasion.

The programme will mark the culmination of year-long celebrations that commenced on October 1 last year, commemorating 100 years since the establishment of the UPSC in 1926. On the occasion, Prime Minister will release a UPSC Centenary Commemorative Coin, a Commemorative Stamp and a Book titled ‘100 Landmark Judgements- Shaping the Policies of UPSC and Public Service Commissions in India’.

The programme will witness participation of stakeholders from across the country, including Chairmen and Members of State Public Service Commissions, senior officers of Government of India, academicians, UPSC officials and others.

This event is part of the two day programme being held by UPSC on September 30 and October 1, 2026. The first day will feature ‘Shatabdi Samaroh – Manthan’ at Bharat Mandapam and will witness addresses by eminent speakers followed by panel discussions on various themes.
