Guwahati, Assam, 2nd of April 2025 : In a significant step towards digital transformation in higher education, Reliance Jio kick starts ‘Jio Digital Campus’ initiative in Assam at the Royal Global University. This initiative marks the beginning of a series of such associations aimed at empowering students with advanced digital connectivity, cloud services, and seamless access to learning resources in the state.
Under the Jio Digital Campus program, students of Royal Global University will benefit from:

To mark this announcement, the leadership team from Reliance Jio visited the Royal Global University campus. Shri Nitin Bajpai, State CEO, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Assam, conducted a comprehensive workshop on the rapid and constant evolution of internet technology. He also provided valuable insights into the future of connectivity, with a special focus on satellite-based internet and its transformative potential.
