Agartala, Tripura, 29th of May, 2025 : RUDSETI , Agartala has successfully organized a Domain Skill Trainers (DST) Certification Program from28th to 29th May 2025, benefitting 41 trainers in 50 different Job Roles from across various key skill sectors. This intensive Two-day faculty development initiative was aimed at enhancing domain expertise and training capabilities of theprofessionals working in the skill development ecosystem.
Trainers from multiple sectors including Apparel, Agriculture, Handloom & Handicrafts, Food Processing, costume Jwellery , Soft Toys , Beauty Parlour , Mushroom Cultivation etc. actively participated in the program. The certification aims to strengthen rural entrepreneurship initiatives by equipping trainers with advanced sectoral knowledge and pedagogy.
The event was graced by Addl. CEO,Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM), Sri. SubrataMajumdar , TCS , and Chief Operating Officer , DDU-GKY , Sankharaj Das . The dignitaries addressed the participants, commending their role in shaping the future of rural youth through skill development and urging them to become the “Dronacharyas” of the north eastern region.
As part of the technical sessions and assessments, several eminent experts served as key resource persons, including Baby Das ,MitaChakraborty , AparnaSaha and others were remain present . The programme ended on 29th May 2025 .
