Ampi, Tripura, 29th of May 2025 : With the initiative of ATTF Returnees Group of the state a Welcome Meeting has been conducted here in Ampi Nagar community hall in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion a large number of ATTF & NLFT returnees as well as indigenous people from different areas of the state have assembled here in the programme venue. In presence of many ATTF and NLFT returnees present in the programme MLA of Ramachandraghat Ranjit Debbarma has inaugurated the event

Addressing the gathering MLA Ranjit Debbarma has said, “We have conducted this programme to generate awareness amidst the genuine citizens of Tripura over the illegal infiltration as the honourable prime minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah has passed the directives to identify and deporting illegal migrants of Bangladesh and Myanmar within 30 days time frame. We have to identify those infiltrators and inform to DM administration to take immediate action to push them back to these Bangladeshi and Rohingyas. After entering those foreigners they are capturing our land and all kinds of government amenities through creating government documents in illegal procedure. We have to stop them unitedly to save our land and secured existence for our future generation.” After this meeting a mega rally was conducted to raise the voice against illegal migration. The rally has marched on Teliamura Amarpur road in Ampi Nagar where a large number of indigenous communities have taken participation.

Amidst the other distinguished dignitaries there were Ampi Nagar 23 constituency MDC Sadagar Kalai, Ampi block TMP president Sanjay Jamatia, social activist Devraj Jamatia and many others remained present in the programme.
