Khowai, Tripura, 15th of August 2026 : The Students’ Federation of India (SFI), Khowai Divisional Committee, organized a blood donation camp and blood donation awareness programme on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day on Saturday (15th August, 2026).
On the day, an awareness programme on blood donation by the organization. Following the awareness session, the blood donation drive was conducted. According to sources More than 20 donors donated blood at the camp.
Amidst the distinguished leaders there were Sagar Pal, Divisional Secretary of the organization; Sourav Deb, President; and Sayantika Deb, a member of the State Secretariat, along with other leaders and activists of the organization. Khowai MLA Nirmal Biswas, youth leader Palash Bhowmik, Gautam Pal, and others were also present as special guests.
