Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS, District Magistrate & Collector of West Tripura the unfurling of the National Flag by and the singing of the National Anthem.
Amidst the distinguished dignitaries there were ADM, West Tripura, Senior Deputy Magistrate, Senior Deputy Collector, Assistant Collector, Deputy Collectors, officials and citizens participated with enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.
