Thieves Attacked the Sabroom Higher Secondary School.

Sabroom, Tripura, 12th of August, 2025 : On Tuesday, August 12, the school teachers found the locks of several rooms of Sabroom Higher Secondary School broken as soon as they opened the school gate and entered the school. Then the police were informed. The police of Sabroom police station reached the spot and the school principal Dilip Das also arrived at the school. The police and the principal inspected the various rooms including the classrooms, offices and labs of the school and found that the locks of each room were broken and the cupboards in the school rooms were broken.

However, the initial investigation into what was stolen revealed that some cash belonging to the school was stolen. The police have started an investigation into the incident, but so far they have not been able to arrest anyone involved in the incident. However, the school does not have any CCTV cameras, there is no boundary wall in the school and there is no night guard in the school.
