Mizoram/Tripura 30th of September, 2024 : Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu was sworn in to take additional charge as the Governor of Mizoram at the Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan in Aizawl on Monday (30th September, 2024). Hon’ble Justice Nelson Sailo, Judge, Gauhati High Court administered the oath of office to Hon’ble Governor of Tripura Indrasena Reddy Nallu oath as a additional charge as the Governor of Mizoram in a ceremonial programme held at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Aizawl.
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Mizoram Lalduhoma, Hon’ble Home Minister K Sapdanga, Hon’ble Assembly Speaker Lalbiakzama and State Cabinet members, senior officials of the State administration, and many other dignitaries were present in the taking oath ceremony.
Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu was appointed to take additional charge as the Governor of Mizoram during the absence of the incumbent state governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, who is on leave due to a health issue.
