Tripura’s Name Once Again In ‘Mann Ki Baat’ – CM Dr. Manik Saha PM Narendra Modi.

New Delhi, Delhi/Agartala, Tripura, 26th of July, 2026 : The name of small hilly state Tripura has once again been mentioned in ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the 136th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ held on Sunday (26th July, 2026) Prime Minister mentioned the name of Surja Kumar Debbarma (popularly known as Saudagar Debbarma), a cultural personality from the state and Chongpreng. It is worth mentioning that musical instrument Chongpreng has already earned a name at the national level and because of Chongpreng Tripura has received a special recognition too.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura Dr. Manik Saha has thanked and expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for highlighting Tripura’s name once again in ‘Mann Ki Baat’.
