Aiming to generate durable income source amidst the poor villagers in Shilghati VC under Salgura constituency TRPCL has inaugurated Agar plantation project at Uttar Shilghati VC under 33 Kakraban Salgura constituency. Hon’ble Chairperson of TRPCL Miss. Patal Kanya Jamatia, MoS has provided inspiration amidst the local people and highlighted over the economical benefit of this important Agar plantation. She has appealed local beneficiaries to concentrate over this beneficial project to make their financial status better in coming days. She more added that the TRPCL is always with them to provide all kinds of required amenities to make the project successful. In initiation 10 beneficiaries have been targeted for this plantation project. She has provided all essential tips to them and advised them to take proper care of the saplings till their maturity term.
She said, many more plantation such tissue culture teak and sandal wood projects will be implemented to create better income source for the poor section in future. Amidst the other participants there were MLA of Kakraban Salgura constituency, Sri J. Majumder also emphasized regarding the immense benefits of Agar and other valuable trees. Smt. Kabita jamatia, social worker delivered speech to motivate the villagers over the project. Dy. Managers, HQ and South Zone TRPCL were also remained present in the inauguration programme. This initiative taken by TRPCL will definitely boost the rural economic status of the poor villagers of the state. The local beneficiaries were found enthusiastic; they have sincerely expressed their promptness and expressed happiness anticipating future economy prosperity.
