Agartala, Tripura, 15th of July 2026 : The State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD), Tripura successfully conducted a Two-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Karmayogi Kartavya Karyashala (KKK) under Mission Karmayogi, marking another significant step towards strengthening behavioural capacity and citizen-centric governance across the State.

Developed by the Capacity Building Commission and sponsored by the General Administration (Personnel & Training) Department, Government of Tripura, the programme aimed to create a pool of certified trainers who will further cascade the Karmayogi Kartavya Karyashala across various government departments.
The training focused on nurturing the core values of Seva Bhav (spirit of service), ethical conduct, effective communication, teamwork, accountability, and citizen-first governance. Through interactive learning methods, group discussions, practical exercises and participatory activities, the participants enhanced both their behavioural competencies and facilitation skills, enabling them to effectively deliver the programme in their respective departments.

A total of 32 officers from different government departments participated in the training. Participants highly appreciated the programme for its engaging, practical and interactive approach, stating that the sessions would help them conduct impactful Karmayogi Kartavya Karyashala programmes and contribute towards building a more responsive, efficient and future-ready civil service in Tripura.
The programme was organised under the guidance of Er. Arpita Chaudhari, Associate Professor, SIPARD, whose leadership ensured the successful conduct of the Training of Trainers programme.

The initiative reflects SIPARD’s continued commitment to capacity building and supports the vision of Mission Karmayogi in creating an empowered, accountable and citizen-focused administrative system.
