Ampi, Tripura, 12th June, 2025 : With the joint initiative of Amarpur KVK and Amarpur divisional agriculture department officials mega Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan programme has been organized here in three different venues in Karbook block in Gomati Tripura today. On this occasion large number of farmers of Karbook block have gathered in these cultivators awareness and motivational programme and took active participation in the event. To make the abhiyan successful many concerned government agency authority officials have graced the programme and created good awareness and inspiration amidst local farmers over modern agricultural techniques application and harvest enhancement in crops production. The farmer participants were provided knowledge over modern and scientific farming methods and pesticides application in proper term of session time by the resource persons of the programme.

As per the report, the campaign aims to educate farmers about modern technologies for major kharif crops specific to different reasons, establish direct communication between policymakers, scientists and farmers, strive to build a sustainable and self-reliant farming ecosystem, contributing significantly to the goal of Viksit-Bharat 2047, raise awareness about beneficial government schemes and policies, guide farmers on using Soil Health Cards for crop selection and balanced fertilizer application, collect feedback to understand the need of the farmers, and to design demand driven research.” As per the local reports, through these peasants motivational programmes local farmers were provided many essential tips and motivation over various issues related to advanced procedure of cultivation for gaining bumper production.
