Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha has inaugurated the Conference by lighting the lamp along with Hon’ble Information & Cultural Affairs, Sports, PWD (DWS) Minister Sushanta Chowdhury. Ratan Biswas, Director of Information & Cultural Affairs Department, Secretary of Agartala Press Club Pranab Sarkar, Senior Journalist and other dignitaries were present in the conference.
