Thousands of Differently-Abled Individuals in Mumbai to Get a New Ray of Hope.

Mumbai, Maharashtra, 14th of May 2026 : Mumbai will witness a unique blend of humanity, compassion, and technology on May 17, as Narayan Seva Sansthan organises a mega free disability corrective surgery screening, selection, and 3D-printed modular artificial limb measurement camp.

The camp, scheduled at Nico Hall in Dadar (East), aims to bring renewed confidence and self-reliance to thousands of differently-abled individuals. Designed using advanced Japanese and German technology, these lightweight and durable artificial limbs are expected to significantly improve mobility and quality of life for beneficiaries.

Inspired by Padma Shri awardee Kailash Manav, the institution has been serving differently-abled individuals for over four decades through rehabilitation and empowerment initiatives. At the camp, a team of expert orthotists and prosthetists will assess patients and take precise measurements for customised artificial limbs, which will later be distributed free of cost. Patients requiring surgery will also be shortlisted for free treatment at the institution’s advanced hospital in Udaipur. President of the institution, Prashant Agrawal, has urged maximum beneficiaries to participate and take advantage of the humanitarian initiative.
