DYFI Raises Voice Against Unemployment And Economic Crisis; Sub-Divisional Conference On June 28, Logo Unveiled.

Dharmanagar, Tripura, 13th of June 2026 : The 22nd Sub-Divisional Conference of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), Dharmanagar Sub-Division, is scheduled to be held on June 28. In preparation for the conference, a press conference was organized on Friday (12th June, 2026) afternoon at the CPI(M) Sub-Divisional Office in Dharmanagar.

Along with sharing detailed information regarding the conference’s objectives, preparations, and programmes, the official logo of the 22nd Sub-Divisional Conference was also unveiled.The press conference was attended by former DYFI Dharmanagar Sub- Divisional Secretary and former MLA Amitabha Dutta, DYFI Sub-Divisional Secretary and youth leader Arjun Nath, former DYFI Sub-Divisional Secretary Nanda Bhattacharya, former student-youth movement leader Ratan Roy, and several current and former leaders of the organization.

The leaders stated that the main theme of this year’s conference would be the revival of the country’s struggling economy, the creation of a poverty-free society, expansion of employment opportunities, and the overall development of human resources. According to them, today’s youth are facing numerous challenges, including unemployment, economic inequality, rising prices, and social insecurity. In this context, the conference is expected to play a significant role in organizing young people and strengthening democratic movements aimed at securing their rights and building a better society.

The leaders emphasized that safeguarding the future of the next generation requires prioritizing economic reconstruction, expansion of education and employment opportunities, and the establishment of social justice. With these goals in mind, the conference will adopt various resolutions, programmes, and future action plans.It was also announced that a large number of young men and women from different parts of Dharmanagar Sub-Division are expected to participate in the June 28 conference.

Discussions will focus on the issues facing youth, organizational strengthening, social responsibility, and future plans of action.The leaders appealed to the general public, youth, and representatives of democratic and progressive forces to attend the conference. They stated that the event is not merely an organizational programme but an important platform to strengthen the aspirations, rights, and struggle of the youth for a better future.The formal preparations for the conference commenced with the unveiling of the logo. Enthusiasm and excitement among party workers and supporters were evident as the conference approaches.
