Dr. Khoja’s journey from Vapi in Gujarat’s Valsad district to Mumbai is one such story. With years of study, research and experience, he has carved a distinctive niche for himself in the world of Vastu and astrology. A two-time Gold Medal recipient and a name featured in the India Book of Records, Dr. Khoja continues to remain actively involved in the fields of Vastu and astrology. He has extensively studied Nadi Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Lal Kitab, Numerology, Palmistry, Face Reading and Western Astrology.
Dr. Khoja has also shared the stage with several prominent personalities at national and international events. One of the notable chapters of his career is associated with Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. According to Dr. Khoja, people living in a 20-storey building there were extremely frightened due to a series of negative incidents and deaths. The situation had reportedly become so concerning that only around five percent of the building was occupied. Dr. Khoja says he stayed there for nearly 25 days, studied the situation and suggested several Vastu-based modifications. According to him, the circumstances gradually improved following these changes, and the building is now almost fully occupied.
Another significant chapter in Dr. Khoja’s growing popularity was his association with a horoscope programme on Radio Mirchi. The programme gave him an opportunity to connect directly with listeners across the country. During the show, he reportedly received more than 100 calls every day from people seeking guidance on personal, family and professional matters.
Recently, Dr. Khoja also participated in an international conference held in Malaysia, where he shared his experiences with Vastu experts, astrologers and spiritual scholars from different parts of the world.
What began in Vapi has now crossed the boundaries of India and reached international platforms. Through his continued study, experience and active engagement with Vastu and astrology, Dr. Khoja has established himself as a prominent name in the field, with an expanding presence both in India and overseas.
